Staff with skill and practical knowledge, not just qualifications

National industry and regulatory bodies dictate the required level of staffing that we and all providers must meet, including staff-to-children ratios and qualified-to-unqualified staff ratios.

Qualifications are important but, based upon years of hands-on experience of the unique challenges presented by the before and after school environment, Sherpa Kids recognise the need to supplement these requirements with extensive training to all our staff.
